	This like-new X-Ray 1550 was traded in by Lucent Technologies, and spent it's time in a very clean laboratory operated by failure analysis engineers. It is like new and has received all updates as well as a new X-ray tube and detector. We expect this instrument to run for many years, so a warranty will be available. This instrument was originally designed for high-volume automatic measurement of printed circuit boards, but can be used for any XRF application as long as the samples do not exceed a couple of inches in height.
